Why read?

If you look at the most successful people over time, a common thread is they read. Brian Tracy claims the top 10% of people in their fields today read an average of 12 books a year. He says if you want to be in the top 1%, read 3 books per month.

I have been a voracious reader for sometime but this past year I decided to track my books. 

This is what I read in 2019:

A goal for 2020 is to read 36 books and listen to 52 audiobooks. The goal is to read one informational, one inspirational and one fictional book each month to balance my creativity and logic. So, if I read 10% of a book a day and listen to at least one a week during my commute to work. I’m striving to be in that upper echelon 😉
